Jammu: A delegation of Corporators of Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) led by Sheikh Mohammad Imran, Deputy Mayor, SMC, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here Saturday.
The delegation apprised Governor about various developmental issues relating to Srinagar Municipal Corporation and brought into his notice some issues of public importance for redressal . The delegation also demanded accommodation and security to Corporators, enhancement of monthly honourarium of Corporators, development of Dal Lake river front, and ban on ‘PUBG’ game in cyber cafe in Srinagar city.
Governor assured the delegation that their demands would be looked into and due consideration would be given for their early redressal.
