8 top IAS officers among 10 transferred

Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmir government Monday ordered
transfers and postings in civil administration.
According to an order issued by the general administration department,
Atal Dulloo, awaiting orders of adjustment in the general
administration department is posted as principal secretary, Health and
Medical Education department. He shall also hold the additional charge
of the post of director Health services Kashmir till further orders.

Pawan Kotwal, principal secretary, Health and Medical Education
department, is transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner
Revenue relieving Lokesh Jha, vice-chairman IMPA of additional charge
of the additional charge of the post.

Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD, is
posted as commissioner secretary, Forest Ecology and Environment
department.  He shall also hold the additional charge of
administrative secretary, ARI and  Trainings department.

Saurabh Baghat, commissioner secretary, Forests, Ecology and
Environment department is transferred and posted as commissioner
secretary, Labour & Employment relieving Shailendra Kumar, principal
secretary, Industries and Commerce department of the additional charge
of the department.

Ajeet Kumar Sahu, awaiting orders of adjustment  in the GAD, is posted
as secretary, School Education department relieving Rigzin Samphel,
secretary, Tourism department of additional charge . He shall also
hold the additional charge of administrative secretary, Technical
education department.

Muhammad Javed Khan, secretary, Technical Education department, is
transferred and posted as secretary, Floriculture department,
relieving Saleem Shishgir, commissioner secretary, Culture department
of additional charge of the post.

Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, director general, Youth Services and Sports ,
holding additional charge of the post of secretary, Science and
Technology department, is transferred and posted as secretary to
Science and Technology department, on full time basis.

Saleem-ur-Rehman, director general, Health services, Kashmir is
transferred and posted as director general, Youth service and sports.

Abdul Hafeez Shah, vice-chairman, Lakes and waterways Development
Authority, Srinagar is transferred and shall await orders of
adjustment in the General Administration Department.

Syed Abid Rashid Shah, deputy commissioner, Srinagar,shall hold the
charge of the post of vice chairman , Lakes and Waterways Development
Authority, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
