No religious, regional polarisation on Asia case

It is the serious matter of concern, that  how people play politics with innocent victims on the basis of region and religion in state. Firstly, in Jammu, it was the Rohingia issue , which was given and is being  given an importance by some  politicians and media channels, now very unfortunate,  that the dirty politics is not away  to rescue the accused  rapist and murderer of  an innocent eight year’s old  minor  girl, the Asifa. All these attempts are just being made to polarise the state on the grounds of region and religion.

These attempts are being made by those who want to harm the long lasting  harmony in the state. Despite different political, religious and social  ideologies,  the people of Jammu and Kashmir are living with  harmony since a long time.  But some antisocial elements are trying to harm the religious hormany in the state to achieve their political goals.

Months ago a minor Asifa hailing from Kutha Jammu, was brutally raped and killed. People say that the accused should be brought under stern action. But, it surprises you when you see the protests held in favour of the accused, and it depicts the real  negative ideology of those who want to polarise the state on the basis of region and religion.

However the people of Jammu as well as Kashmir know and must know, how they are being  used to create the gap within the ideology on social issues connected with different religions. But a very few who do not bother about the humanistic aspect of society want to diverge   the state towards its poles in one way, in order to polarize it.

“BEATY” means daughter, irrespective of the religion she belongs to. There should not be any compromise, when it comes to take stern action against the  rapist and the  killer of a minor girl.  But it is  very shameful for those supporters including advocates  who claim to be the Justice provider, but  hold the big protests  against  the submission of charge sheet by crime branch before  CJM   against the rapist and killer of innocent victim Asifa, merely for Asifa’s   belongingness to other minority religion.

The question is where is justice and where are the mostly chanting slogan of India  “BeatyBachawBeatyPaddhaw” “Save The Daughter and Let Her Read? Why don’t they imagine that they too have daughters.

In Jammu and Kashmir, The  media is very  busy these days to highlight the Rohingia issue as a social and a political one. They are a big threat to the country, has become the point of discussion.

Since 1970, the Buddhist dominated Myanmar government was compelling the muslim minority, “The Rohingia Muslims” to flee to other countries by their discriminatory policies. Despite the claims of Rohingia for  their  permanent historical existence in the country,  Mayanmargoverment  refused to accept their claims and continued their forced  oppression on them.

Being  a  minority   community, Rohingia Muslims were deprived from several rights and were made to face harsh and  miserable conditions  by the government of Myanmar. The extremely worst miserability of Rohingia forced them to flee to other neighoubring countries to take the refuge.

Now leaving aside their  claim  of historical existence in that country. Because we may not be well aware about the political and historical aspects of their past. What we know is that they have been compelled to leave that country and get refuge in any other country, no one wants to leave his mother land  without any reason.

Consequently those ill fated people fled from their mother land and  took refuge in many neighbouring countries including India.

There are thousands of Rohingia  refugees who have come to India,  among them many refugees are  settled in various areas of Jammu region,  the region which is mostly populated  by Hindu brothers.

They are not the citizens of India but the refugees, their stay is illegal in the region, they are a threat, various such statements are being used to polticise their stay in the region. They are being polticaly harnessed every now and then and are being asked to leave the country.

No doubt  thatRohingias  are not the citizens of India . But,   Rohingias the already sufferers are being made to suffer more by mental tarture by some political agents  merely for their own political gains in the region.

The worst condition  of those unfortunate people is that,  despite the “Right To Education  Act”,  their children are being refused to take admissions in some schools,  by claiming that they are not the citizens of India.

There is a question,  If the entry of Rohingia refugees was really illegal  and was a political issue, then government had to stop their entry to it’s country at the time of their arrival. But after years of their stay in  the state , the political parties are raising their voice against the most illfated community of Rohingia refugees, which is altogether  not a humanitarian attitude.

No doubt they have taken refuge in other country after facing oppressive attitude of the government in their own country, does that mean we should add more miseries to the people who are already loaded with lot of it. Do you want to kill those who are already killed?

No doubt they are the refugees, who have been forced to leave their country,  but for God’s sake let me know, is there no place for them on this planet “The Earth”?, are we the real owners of this earth’s surface to decide who will  live on it and who not?, Is there any othe planet, where they can dewell?

It is being said, that Rohingia Muslims are the big threat to country, as there are apprehensions that they may lift the weapons against the country. But yet there is no evidence of a single person from that community, to have done such a kind of  attempt. So it really reversals that we ourselves are  provoking such kinds of intentions among them.

God has made this universe and all its creatures which include humans also.On this planet  “the world”  Some people are poor some are rich, some black and some white,  some people follow one religion some other.  But Almighty Allah   has   bestowed   his mercy on us that we have been made as humans.

But present era has left us humans by name, otherwise our deeds are inhumanic. A great Kashmiri  poetMahjoor has said, “ShakliChus  InsanMagarInsaniheat Nish Beakhabar” means  “I am human by face but unaware about humanity”.

As every religion teaches  the  value of humanity, the brotherhood and the harmony ,  accordingly we are talking of religious harmony since decades , but no one is ready to  realise where is religion and where the  harmony. When we fail to act up on teachings religion, we start to give the name of religion to those things which are actually against it, merely for the political gains.

If we really realize that we are humans, then nothing will stop us to think that, if we are living a luxurious life in cosy rooms of our houses on this world, then what is the sin of those who are living their life from hand to mouth in JUGIES “the small tent like houses made of straw”. For  God’s sake let me know do we consider them any other creature?

Politics is such a game that when political leaders don’t find any reason to gain the favour of people, they just jump to religious politics . It is obviously an easy task for a politician to provoke the masses against their  opposit  religion, which in turn gives a good benefit to politicians. Otherwise a politician weather belonging to  Hindu, Muslim, Sikh  or Christian community has little to do with his religion.

So, if really we belong to the human world, then we should follow the slogan, “live and let live”.  We should  speak about Justice to Asifa. And at the same time we should  let the  Rohingia issue  to be looked upon by the government under the ambit of Law.
