Srinagar | : To commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a debate program was organized by the Police in Srinagar at Police Public School Bemina. The event aimed to inspire students by highlighting Patel’s legacy and fostering critical thinking among the youth.
The program featured notable attendees, including SP City West Srinagar Imtiaz Ahmad who participated in the event as the Chief Guest, along with other police officials and the In-charge Principal of the school, Shabeera Shabnum. Approximately 100 students from the school participated as the audience, while 12 students engaged as debaters. SP City West Srinagar praised the participants for their efforts and underscored the significance of debate in enhancing leadership and communication skills. He recognized the top performers, awarding mementos and certificates of appreciation to the winners: Amyrah Ashraf from Class 11 secured the first position, followed by Areeba and Tasmiya Afreen from Class 12 in second and third places, respectively.
