Rajouri : Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri celebrated 74th Republic Day with patriotic fervor and gaiety.
According to a statement issued from Public Relations Office NBGSBU Prof. Akbar Masood the Vice Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University unfurled the National Flag and took the solute at the Republic Day Prade at BGSB University Campus.
On the occasion, Prof. Akbar extended greetings to the BGSB University fraternity celebrating the 74th Republic Day. Prof. Akbar said that this Day marks the adoption of India’s constitution and the country’s transition to a republic on January 26, 1950. Prof. Akbar mentioned that India is a great country with a great destiny and every citizen has reason to be proud of the Indian Story. The Vice-Chancellor paid rich tributes to the fallen heroes who made supreme sacrifices for the nation.
