Hakeem for augmenting facilities for smooth celebration of holly Ramadan month .

Srinagar: Chairman People’s Democratic Front (PDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has urged the government to make all the required arrangements for smooth celebration of ensuing holly month of Ramadan .
In a statement issued on Thursday Hakeem said that the forthcoming holly month of Ramadan is the most sacred month of Muslim community throughout the world adding that government should ensure un- interrupted supply of power , drinking water and essential commodities . He said street lighting system in lanes and around various mosques and shrines need to be further improved for convenience of the devotees to offer prayers during night hours especially at Sehri time .
