Hyderabad: Union Minister of Home Amit Shah on Thursday evening said ” “I will continue to visit Telangana until a BJP government is formed in the state.”

Addressing the Mandal Presidents at the BJP state level meeting held at Ibrahimpatnam (Ranga Reddy district), outskirts of the city, Shah said that the BJP is a party that remains unfazed by electoral victory or defeat because it contests elections for the welfare of the nation the Bharat Mata.

Inspiring the mandal presidents Shah said that in Gujarat the BJP got only 9 percent votes in one election but formed a government with a two-thirds majority in the next.

Hence the Telangana BJP which got as much as 14 percent votes needs not be worried, he said and exodus confidence that the BJP will win 10 Lok Sabha seats in the upcoming election with 35 percent votes.

He also said that the upcoming election will be a contestation between Modi Ji and Rahul Baba and Modi Ji will emerge winner. Modi Ji will become the prime minister again with more than 300 seats, the Union Minister expressed.

In 2018, the BJP won one assembly seat which increased to 8 in 2023 and in the next assembly election it will become 64, he also expressed.

The Congress is a sinking ship, the BRS is a ship that has already sunk and the BJP is the only party that has a future, Shah said .

He said that, only the party which decides to work with double strength after a defeat finally becomes victorious.

Shah also appealed to the party workers and leaders to play the role of a powerful opposition so that six months before the assembly election people decide that the next government will be formed by the BJP, he added

Earlier, Shah offered prayers at Bhagyalakshmi Temple located at old city in the city.

This is Shah’s first visit to the state after the recently concluded Assembly polls in Telangana which gave “disappointing” results to the saffron party though it secured eight assembly seats compared to one seat in 2018 elections.
