Manipur: One shot dead for raping minor

Imphal: A 21-year-old man was shot dead here on Thursday, while a 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg.
Meanwhile, a statement issued by the Revolutionary People’s Front said that both persons were allegedly involved in raping a minor on November 24 in Kakching district.
The organisation decided to punish the duo for their crime against women.
