New Delhi: Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval spoke on the telephone Wednesday to discuss issues related to bilateral cooperation in the area of security.
The two top security officials discussed in detail the “current issues of Russian-Indian cooperation in the field of security and the prospects for their deepening within the framework of bilateral and multilateral formats”, a Russian statement said.
In addition, Patrushev informed Doval about the latest events in Russia.
“The interlocutors agreed to continue a confidential dialogue,” it said.
