Ramban| : As per report issued by the District Immunization Officer, Ramban, Dr, Suresh the Health Department administered the vaccination to 1075 people including 532 children in 15-17 years age group which includes 100 in Medical Block Banihal, 262 in Batote, 120 in Ukhral and 50 in Gool.
Continuing the enforcement drive to implement Covid protocol across the district Ramban, the Enforcement teams Tuesday fined scores of violators for roaming without wearing face masks and not maintaining physical distance.
The enforcement teams, during the inspection in their respective jurisdictions, recovered a fine of Rs. 15,300 taking the total amount fined since April 1, 2021 to Rs. 79, 78, 400. The Enforcement officers urged the people to wear face masks and maintain physical distance besides taking Covid vaccination doses at their nearest CVC.
As per daily bulletin issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Ramban, Dr. Mohammad FareedBhat, the Health Department has collected 2692 samples including 555 RT-PCR and 2137 RAT samples besides administering Covid vaccine to 1075 persons at 34 dedicated Vaccination Centres in the district.
