Udhampur: In connection with the Pan India Awareness and Outreach Campaign as a part of (AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV), District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur under the able guidance of Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Udhampur and overall supervision of Secretary DLSA Mrs. Rajni Sharma (Sub-Judge) Wednesday on 20th October 2021 organized a Awareness Programme on Child Labour in Collaboration with the Labour Department at Brick Kiln Neele Naala District Udhampur.
The aim of the Programme was to raise Awareness about the Child Labour and educate the masses especially Children about the various provisions provided under Law against Child Labour.
The Resource persons of the Programme were Panel Lawyers Adv. Akhil Dubey and Adv. Mallikarjun Singh Slathia. The resource persons also ensured that no child is engaged as labour in the Brick Kiln.
The Programme was also attended by Staff from Labour Department, District Udhampur, Subash Kumar and Naresh Kumar.
Later, Panel Lawyer Adv. Akhil Dubey thanked the Staff from Labour Department present in the program and all the participants for the smooth conduct of the Awareness Programme. PLV Mr. Sham Lal was also present in the Programme.
