DDC Kulgam reviews developmental works of Health & Education sectors

Kulgam: District Development Commissioner Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat Thursday chaired a meeting of officers to review status of various development projects including languishing work projects which are under execution by various agencies.
The DDC took a detailed review of all work projects of Health & Education sectors in separate meetings.
The concerned informed the DDC about the present status of all work projects and it was given out that under languishing projects 12 projects are under execution that include NTPHC, Pariwan, Manzgam, Khull, PHC Devsar, PHC Nihama besides other work projects.
The meeting was informed that under PMDP, work on 05 work projects are going on in full swing and construction of separate maternity and child care hospitals has also been completed.
The DDC also took a detailed review of all work projects of the education sector and directed all the concerned to expedite the pace of work on all work projects and mobilize more men and machinery to complete work projects within stipulated time.
The meeting was attended by ADDC, ADC, ACD, JD Planning, CMO, CEO, Executive Engineers of R&B, J&K Housing Board, Police Housing Corporation, Sports Council and other officers.
