Jammu: High Court on Wednesday put a halt on selection process for the various posts for the legislative assembly advertised earlier. The order was passed by Justice Tashi Rabstan.
The order passed by the HC reads that subject to objections and till next date for hearing before the bench, respondents shall not finalize the selection process to the posts advertised vide advertisement notice no; 1 of 2019 dated 22.03.2019. The case is listed for May 05, 2019.
