Gurugram: Gurugram police today said that they will file the chargesheet very soon in the murder of a seven-old-year student of Ryan International, who was found dead on September 8 in the school premises, while the remand of top school staffers has been extended.
According to Gurugram Police Commissioner Sandeep Khirwar, police was working from all angles on the murder case of Class 2 student Pradyuman Thakur, whose body was found in a pool of blood at the toilet of Ryan International School at Bhondsi in Haryana.
The police remand of Francis Thomas, the school’s northern India head, who was arrested in connection with the murder, has been extended to September 16, while another accused Jeyus Thomas, coordinator and Human Resource (HR) head of the school, was sent to Judicial custody till September 18, Mr Khirwar told UNI.
Both the top notch staffers were arrested under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act on September 11.
Francis was also booked in connection with the drowning of a boy in a water tank at Ryan International School in South Delhi’s Vasant Kunj area, last year.
