Panaji: Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today called her predessor and Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar political mentor.
Addressing a function organised to flag off Indian Naval Ship Vessel (INSV Tarini), she said, ‘My predecessor Manohar Parrikar has been inspiring political mentor for me, his presence is valuable.
