New Delhi, Apr 6: The Supreme Court today reserved its order on the invocation of criminal conspiracy charges against various high-profile Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders, including Lal Krishna Advani and several others in the December 6, 1992, Babri Masjid demolition case.
The bench, headed by Justice Pinaki Chandra Ghosh and also comprising Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman, heard in detail arguments from the Central Bureau of Investigation lawyer, Niraj Kishan Kaul, Mr Advani’s counsel, K K Venugopal, and others.
