SC refers Triple Talaq issue to constitutional bench

New Delhi: The Supreme Court today referred the triple talaq case to a constitution bench, which would examine the constitutional validity of it.
The matter would be heard on a day-to-day basis from May 11, a bench of the apex court, headed by Chief Justice (CJI) Jagdish Singh Khehar, passed the order.
