New Delhi: Adjourning the hearing for April 6, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sumit Dass today ordered nine students to appear before the court to give their consent or refusal to undergo for lie detector test in Jawaharlal Nehru University missing student Najeeb Ahmed case.
The mother of the missing student, Fatima Nafees, had filed a habeas corpus plea before the Delhi High Court and sought a direction to trace her 27-year-old son who has been missing since October 14 last year.
