The elders in the family plays an effective role in social and moral development of the children. Family is the first social organisation that provides immediate closeness from which the child can learn his behaviour. Education is important to help everyone in upcoming the values system, teachers serve as a role model to students in school they play a major role in inculcating their ethical behaviour, peers at the school diffuse confidence about cheating, lying stealing and consideration for others. The educational institutions pervade the value education to the children in an informal way in developing basic morals and values in the school, religion institutions where students and teaching moral ethics and values. Different ciminors and organisations are conducted in schools and universities to impart learning and cultivation of values. The equiped libraries of different books also helps in developing the values among the students. All good human values must be developed to everyone which can lead the person a successful life.
