Sheikh Arshid

Teacher is the one who imparts knowledge to others and trains them in a particular field to achieve success. With the instructions of teachers student develop a purpose in their life and utilizing every chance to make it goal oriented. Teacher is called the builder of the student’s life by providing all the skills for achieving big educational goals. He helps students in learning craft skills, gives knowledge about religion, civics, community and other life skills. In formal teaching point of view a teacher helps the pupils to learn lessons and then assessing their progress at the time of exam. Apart from the professional duties he extends his role by accompanying students on field trips, helps in organizing functions and serves as guide in extracurricular activities. In educational system, he is a responsible person in inculcating all values of discipline , and learning process. From very beginning the student gets his inspiration from the teacher while learning and with the inspiration the student is able to focus all his interest towards studies, every time motivates himself and prepares himself to achieve target goals and tries his best to fair well in all competitive examinations. These all efforts are purposely meant to achieve big successes in life but these can be possible only when the teacher is having an inspiratory skill. I was fortunate enough to get initial inspiration from a renowned and most dedicated teacher Mr. Mohammad Akram of Dadsara Tral. He is a motivational teacher and has great teaching abilities .As a learner I got a big chance to start my career and give me courage to find out better and satisfactory results under the guidance of Mohammad Akram. He was my most influential and life-changing role model and I can’t forget his ability to inspire me and as an inspiring man he has played an instrumental role in shaping my career.
Now working as a teacher I can understand how inspiration can become an important factor in changing the life of a student and it can be treated as a gift which is not sold at shop. Inspiration can connect students and help them to reach on multiple levels of life and strive a kind of motivation which spurs and galvanises big successes in life. In order to become an influential picture in a student’s life teacher must forge a strong relationship with the student. In doing so, teacher has to virtually influence every aspect of student’s life . Learning to inspire is an important part in which a great teacher is not focusing to impart knowledge but he musters the courage to lift the career in a bright way and also helps in imparting all skills of living a fulfilling and comfortable life. So while teaching teacher must remember some inspirational objectives such as to help students while learning in a funny way, stimulating them to gear positive change in life, engaging them in constructive and creative way, try to mend their behaviour, keeping them ready to face any challenge, make lecture in an exciting way and motivate in a way which will benefit them immeasurably in the long run. Following these definitely a teacher can revolutionize the lives of student out of raw chunks and will be remembered forever in every student’s life.
