New Delhi, May 11: Justice C S Karnan, sitting judge of the Calcutta High Court, today approached the Supreme Court to quash its order sentencing him to six months imprisonment for contempt of court.
Mathew J Nethumpara appeared for Justice Karnan in the apex court.
A bench, headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Jagdish Singh Khehar, said, ” We would consider your prayer.”
