Jatara, MP: Taking a dig at his political archrival, Congress President Rahul Gandhi quipped on Tuesday that Premier Narendra Modi’s countenance appears wrinkled after four phases of the general election and a hesitancy has crept in while appearing for interviews.

Furnishing details regarding the minimum income guarantee scheme, the Congress top boss said that Mr Modi desires to channelise funds to a selected set of 15 persons whereas he wishes to benefit 25 crore people though the medium of the venture that envisages depositing amounts in accounts of women members of eligible families.
