Jammu/April,28: The State Cabinet which met here Friday under the chairpersonship of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti approved constitution of a Monitoring Committee to monitor dredging of River Jhelum.
To be headed by the Chief Minister, the Committee comprises Deputy Chief Minister, Minister for PHE/I&FC and Minister for Education as members.
The Committee shall be serviced by the Public Health Engineering/Irrigation and Flood Control Departments.
