By all standards of investigative understandabilities the fact finding report of Delhi Forensic Laboratory has cleared all doubts about the transparency of the investigation conducted by the Crime Branch of Jammu & Kashmir and proved it beyond doubt that the accused are the real culprits. After all the Delhi Forensic Laboratory can come under the influence of central but not the Jammu & Kashmir government. The politicians and lawyers expressing their lack of faith in the investigation conducted by Crime Branch of Jammu & Kashmir Police have no reason to question the impartiality of the medical examination conducted by Forensic Laboratory Delhi. The Jammu High Court Bar Association and the lawyers of Kathua Bar Association who threatened and blocked the filing of charge sheets early this month must now seek an unconditional apology for showing the lack of faith in Crime Branch investigation and threatening the lawyers and the investigators of the Crime Branch of the Jammu & Kashmir police.
