Srinagar:: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday held a series of meetings with senior officials and civil society representatives at Raj Bhavan here.
Lieutenant General Prashant Srivastava, General Officer Commanding (GOC) 15 Corps, called on the Lieutenant Governor and discussed matters of mutual interest.
Later, a delegation of the Urban Local Bodies Coordination Committee and civil society, led by Mohammed Iqbal Ahanger, met the Lieutenant Governor and submitted a comprehensive vision document highlighting public aspirations and developmental priorities in Jammu and Kashmir.
The delegation also raised key issues related to the smooth conduct of the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra and the ongoing Nasha Mukt J&K campaign.
In separate meetings, Touseef Raina, Chairman of Global Youth Foundation, and Tausif Ahmad, Managing Director of Milli Trust, also called on the Lieutenant Governor and discussed various social and youth-related initiatives.
