Srinagar: The UGC–Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC) at the University of Kashmir has initiated a week-long Faculty Development Programme focused on Academic Leadership and Resource Management. This program aims to enhance leadership skills among faculty, improve resource planning, and promote interdisciplinary approaches within higher education institutions.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Nilofer Khan emphasized the necessity for academic leaders who can adapt to institutional changes while balancing academic vision with responsible resource management to ensure quality and sustainability in education.
