DSHD Kulgam hosts Free Veterinary Healthcare Camp at Highland Pasture Nassu

Kulgam : The District Sheep Husbandry Department (DSHD) Kulgamon Thursday successfully organized a Free Veterinary Healthcare Camp under the National Animal Disease Control Programme at the Highland Pasture Nussu.
A significant number of migratory Bakerwals, local GujjarBakerwals, and Chopan populations participated in the camp.
The event focused on educating participants about the various aspects of de-worming in animal populations, ensuring better health and productivity for their livestock.
In addition to the informative sessions, free medicines were distributed among all attendees for livestock.
