VBS Yatra progresses across Larnoo Ang with huge public response

Anantnag : Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Monday extended its reach to various parts of far flung areas of Larnoo and Kokernag including Gawran, Matihindoo, Gundiraman, Bidhard and Dandipora.
On the occasion, the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s message was broadcasted through IEC vans to general public at several designated spots in Block Larnoo and Block Kokernag to raise awareness about diverse welfare schemes, encouraging active participation in the spirit of “Jan Bhagidari” to achieve 100% saturation.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra goes beyond mere promises, showcasing tangible improvements and in Anantnag it surpassed expectations, bringing together over 2.50 lakh enthusiastic participants. This extraordinary journey seamlessly united citizens across 335 Gram Panchayats and 138 Urban local bodies, with its momentum growing each passing day.
Traversing 16 diverse blocks and 10 municipalities, including areas with a vibrant tribal presence, the Yatra presented a picture of empowerment and community engagement, fostering a collective vision for national development. Its impact is palpable, creating a shared narrative of progress and inclusivity resonating throughout District Anantnag.
In District Anantnag, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra camps transformed into vibrant hubs pulsating with activity as people enthusiastically engaged in events and availed themselves of on-the-spot services. Health camps, a crucial facet of the Yatra, played a pivotal role by offering screenings to 93,347 individuals, addressing prevalent health concerns, including TB (20,675 screenings), sickle cell anemia (518 screenings), and non-communicable diseases. This achievement reflects the Yatra’s impact in promoting health and well-being, connecting citizens with essential government initiatives for their betterment.
The collective efforts of over 16,097 dedicated My Bharat volunteers and an impressive 2.28 lakh individuals who pledged the transformative “Sankalp Pledge” in District Anantnag exemplify a shared vision for positive change.
Accolades were bestowed upon noteworthy contributors, including 1,288 remarkable women, 3,601 dedicated students, 396 local artists adding cultural vibrancy, and 397 accomplished sports personalities, celebrating individual excellence and the diversity inherent in India’s developmental journey.
Diversifying from its agricultural focal point, the Yatra proactively involved farmers through a comprehensive outreach, encompassing enlightening drone demonstrations and in-depth Soil Health Card demonstrations.
At the core of this enchanting event were the myriad tales of individual triumphs, as 9,777 beneficiaries poured their hearts into the ‘Meri Kahani Meri Zubani’ sessions. These heartfelt narratives wove a tapestry of touching accounts, illustrating the profound and transformative impact of government schemes on their lives.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra transcends being a mere initiative; it stands as a people-driven movement led by the Government of India, symbolizing a steadfast commitment to inclusive development.

VBS Yatra, defying cold, engages citizens in huge numbers at Pulwama
Pulwama: The transformative journey of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) persists in District Pulwama, leaving an indelible mark on both rural and urban landscapes.
Having commenced on November 25, 2023, the Yatra has traversed Panchayats, Municipalities, and villages, saturating Government schemes and extending its impact to the unreached.
This ongoing odyssey is a testament to its commitment to reaching every corner of the district, touching the lives of countless beneficiaries. The Yatra has lived up to its motto, bringing tangible changes to communities by ensuring the effective implementation of various Government schemes.
The events in District Pulwama included a noteworthy drone demonstration, showcasing the Yatra’s innovative approach to community engagement. The participation of residents underscored the widespread impact of this initiative. People took the Sankalp pledge reiterating their commitment towards the motto and vision underlying the Yatra.
Beneficiaries shared heartfelt accounts under “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani”of the positive transformations brought about by the Government schemes highlighting the tangible benefits they have experienced. From the hinterlands to urban centers, the Yatra has become a driving force for change, resonating with the diverse population of the District.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has not only left an enduring impact on the District but has also become a symbol of sustained progress and community empowerment. As it continues its journey, the Yatra remains dedicated to its mission of fostering positive change in the lives of the people it touches.

VBS Yatra organised in urban areas of Vijaypur
Samba: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is a nationwide outreach initiative launched by the Government to inform and empower citizens about the flagship schemes and programmes. The goal of the Yatra is to achieve 100% saturation of welfare schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, and many more.
The yatra made its mark at Vijaypur amid enthusiastic welcom of the IEC van by the residents. The flagship event took off with the message the PM, followed by Sankalp pledge, with residents committing themselves to the vision of a developed and prosperous India.
The beneficiaries also shared their success stories of how they benefited from the government’s schemes under the “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” initiative.
The cultural programmes by students of schools added to the festive mood of the event. The stalls for on-spot services provided healthcare, eye check-ups, and other facilities to the people. The event was a huge success and received positive feedback from all sections of society.
The event was graced by the presence of DDC Chairperson Keshav Dutt Sharma, Deputy Commissioner Samba, Abhishek Sharma, ADDC Samba Rajinder Singh, Ex-Minister Chandra Prakash Ganga and other district officers.

VBS Yatra (VBSY) traverses across dozens of Panchayats in Rajouri distt
Rajouri : The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) IEC van on Monday traversed through the panchayats of Darhal, Thanamandi, Manjakote, Plangarh, and Budhal Old blocks of Rajouri district, to communicate and raise awareness about flagship schemes of the government.
The campaign was conducted at Shadra-B, Saroola Lower, Saroola Upper, Mangal Nar Lower, Mangal Nar Upper, Nadian-B, Kothra, Ujhan-D, Lower Dodaj-A, Badakana, Mehrajpura, Jamola Lower, Jamola Upper A, Khurad and Chambitrar Panchayats.
The mobile communication platform played a crucial role in engaging with local communities and equipping them with the necessary knowledge about the government schemes.
The VBSY has achieved significant success in implementing the government schemes in Rajouri District.
The officials explained the scope and procedure to seek the benefits of these schemes designed to enhance the quality of life and provide essential services.
The VBSY represents progress and collaboration, embodying the spirit of Viksit Bharat Sankalp.
