Anantnag : Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Monday extended its reach to various parts of far flung areas of Larnoo and Kokernag including Gawran, Matihindoo, Gundiraman, Bidhard and Dandipora.
On the occasion, the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s message was broadcasted through IEC vans to general public at several designated spots in Block Larnoo and Block Kokernag to raise awareness about diverse welfare schemes, encouraging active participation in the spirit of “Jan Bhagidari” to achieve 100% saturation.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra goes beyond mere promises, showcasing tangible improvements and in Anantnag it surpassed expectations, bringing together over 2.50 lakh enthusiastic participants. This extraordinary journey seamlessly united citizens across 335 Gram Panchayats and 138 Urban local bodies, with its momentum growing each passing day.

Health camps, a crucial facet of the Yatra, played a pivotal role by offering screenings to 93,347 individuals, addressing prevalent health concerns, including TB (20,675 screenings), sickle cell anemia (518 screenings), and non-communicable diseases. The collective efforts of over 16,097 dedicated My Bharat volunteers and an impressive 2.28 lakh individuals who pledged the transformative “Sankalp Pledge” in District Anantnag exemplify a shared vision for positive change.

VBS Yatra organised in urban areas of Vijaypur
Samba: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is a nationwide outreach initiative launched by the Government to inform and empower citizens about the flagship schemes and programmes. The goal of the Yatra is to achieve 100% saturation of welfare schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, and many more.
The yatra made its mark at Vijaypur amid enthusiastic welcom of the IEC van by the residents. The flagship event took off with the message the PM, followed by Sankalp pledge, with residents committing themselves to the vision of a developed and prosperous India.

Rajouri : The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) IEC van on Monday traversed through the panchayats of Darhal, Thanamandi, Manjakote, Plangarh, and Budhal Old blocks of Rajouri district, to communicate and raise awareness about flagship schemes of the government.
The campaign was conducted at Shadra-B, Saroola Lower, Saroola Upper, Mangal Nar Lower, Mangal Nar Upper, Nadian-B, Kothra, Ujhan-D, Lower Dodaj-A, Badakana, Mehrajpura, Jamola Lower, Jamola Upper A, Khurad and Chambitrar Panchayats.
The mobile communication platform played a crucial role in engaging with local communities and equipping them with the necessary knowledge about the government schemes.
