Mumbai : City police have issued notice to Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) leader Kirit Somiaya to come down to police office to record his statement pertaining to complaint registered against him.
Police said we have issued notice to Kirit Somaiya following his recce of Maharashtra Minister Chhagan Bhujbal’s bungalow.
Trouble for Kirit Somaiya mounted on several fronts including from interior decorator Anmay Naik’s family , who had committed suicide following non-payment of his dues by the R bharat Editor Arnab Goswami.
A defamation suit was also filed by Sujit Patankar and Raut has handed over the documentary evidence against Somaiya to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackary.
Police have issued notice in regard to recce of Bhujbal Bungalow and so on.
