Kishtwar| Oct, 16:In pursuance of the directions issued by the Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma regarding implementation of road safety measures and prevention of danger to public health and safety in the district, the Motor Vehicles Department under the supervision of ARTO Tasleem Wani conducted inspection of various petrol pumps in Kishtwar town Friday.

The inspection focused on ensuring compliance with directions regarding non-dispensation of fuel to end-of-life, unfit and other vehicles found violating statutory norms, particularly two-wheelers being driven by riders without helmets.
