Srinagar, Sep 14: Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness brief spells of rain and thundershowers at scattered to many places during the morning and afternoon hours from September 14 to 17, the Meteorological Centre Srinagar said in its latest weather update.
From September 18 to 25, weather is expected to remain generally dry, with brief spells of rain likely at a few places.
The MeT has advised people to remain cautious as thunder and gusty winds are likely at a few places during September 14-17.
The department has also advised farmers to continue harvesting while keeping weather conditions in view.
