Srinagar : Police on Saturday held a training-cum-briefing session at Conference Hall, District Police Lines (DPL) Baramulla. The session was chaired by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Baramulla and amongst others attended by Addl. SP Baramulla, ASP Hqrs Baramulla, CPO DPHQ and 03 DySsP (P), 14 court pairavi officers, 22 police station/ police post pairavi-cum-verification staff, Legal Section staff, and Passport Verification Section staff.
The aim of the session was to improve coordination, ensure timely court follow-up, strengthen legal compliance, and make passport and service verification work more efficient. Senior officers stressed the importance of professionalism, responsibility, and timely disposal of court and verification work. Officers were guided on correct procedures and best practices, and discussions were held to resolve day-to-day issues. The session was coordinated by IC Establishment, IC P&VS, IC Legal, IC CS, and IC GB.
