During the meeting, the department heads, including the Chief Horticulture Officer and Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, submitted 365 cases for consideration, which were scrutinized for permissibility. After detailed verification, deliberations, and confirmation as per the prescribed rules, the committee approved all 365 cases for financial assistance and technical support under different agriculture and allied sectors.

Under the Agriculture sector, 210 cases under HADP were sanctioned with a focus on seed multiplication, integrated farming systems, area expansion, creation of water management systems, and promotion of protected cultivation. Similarly, 32 cases under JKCIP were approved, promoting area expansion under vegetables and shallots, and development of water management systems (borewells).
