Dr Bilal highlighted the government’s focused efforts under Samagra Shiksha to provide inclusive support to marginalized groups, especially children with special needs.

He urged parents, teachers, and community leaders to actively contribute towards building a learning environment rooted in empathy, equity, and accessibility.

DC called for sustained collaboration among institutions, families, and civil society to promote inclusive education in both letter and spirit.

He said, “We must work hand-in-hand to ensure that children with special needs are not only enrolled but fully engaged and empowered throughout their educational journey.”

Dr Bilal said this distribution camp is aimed at facilitating mobility, sensory support, communication, and learning enhancement for specially-abled children, ensuring their effective participation in regular schooling.

The event also witnessed enthusiastic participation from school staff, parents, and resource persons.
