Awareness and review meeting on JK SEHAT App  held in Reasi

Reasi | :  On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Ms. Nidhi Malik, a comprehensive meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Reasi, Sukhdev Singh Samyal.Along with him CPO Reasi Narinder Kumar, ACD Reasi Vijay Kumar, CMO Reasi and other officers were present.

The meeting aimed to discuss the implementation and benefits of the JK SEHAT App—an important initiative to ensure accessible healthcare services for the public.

During the session, the ADDC Reasi issued necessary directions for a coordinated inter-sectoral approach to ensure the timely achievement of set targets under the SEHAT scheme. He emphasised that all district and sectoral officers, especially medical officers, should actively create awareness among the public about the JK SEHAT App and ensure their enrollment.

A detailed PowerPoint presentation highlighting the objectives, functionalities, and public benefits of the JK SEHAT App was presented to all participating officers, Block Medical Officers (BMOs), Mid-Level Health Providers (MLHPs) and other frontline staff.

In continuation of the proceedings, an awareness session and review meeting on the Intensified TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan was also conducted at the CMO office, Reasi. Dr. Anil Saloch, District Tuberculosis Officer (DTO), Reasi, delivered an insightful awareness session and shared important information regarding the ongoing efforts under the TB Mukt Bharat initiative. The focus remained on achieving the campaign’s objectives within the prescribed timelines and ensuring effective community engagement and healthcare outreach.

The meeting marked a significant step toward strengthening the district’s healthcare infrastructure and reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to the timely and effective implementation of health schemes.
