At the outset, the CPO Pulwama presented a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation, detailing the sector-wise allocation of funds earmarked for various developmental works under the District Capex Plan.

A threadbare discussion was held on the Area Development Plan, Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), and prioritization of critical infrastructure and welfare works.

After extensive deliberations, the DDC Council unanimously approved the Area Development Plan under the District Capex Budget 2025–26.
