Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah Wednesday embarked on a visit to JVC Bemina to check on the health of party’s Additional General Secretary Qamar Ali Akhoon.
According to a statement issued from party headquarters here Dr. Abdullah expressed his heartfelt wishes for Akhoon’s swift and complete recovery, conveying the party’s unwavering support during this challenging time.
Dr. Abdullah was accompanied by party leaders including Mubarak Gul and Dr. Jaffar Akhoon.
Before heading to Bemina, Dr. Abdullah also visited Waniyar Chowk in Safakadal, where he interacted with party functionaries and workers. The gathering provided an opportunity for Dr. Abdullah to address issues confronting grassroot party members.
