G’bal: In an extraordinary feat of dedication and perseverance, Nuzhat Mushtaq, a 21-year-old from Manigam, Ganderbal, has successfully memorized the entire Holy Qur’an within just one year. Her achievement has been met with widespread admiration and recognition, bringing immense pride to her family, teachers, and the entire local community.
Nuzhat, the daughter of Mushtaq Ahmed Rather, undertook this spiritual and intellectual journey with unwavering determination, demonstrating remarkable discipline and an unbreakable connection to her faith. Her success is a shining example of what commitment, guided mentorship, and divine blessings can accomplish. Speaking about her journey, Nuzhat expressed heartfelt gratitude towards her parents and mentors. “This journey was both challenging and rewarding. By the grace of Allah and the unwavering support of my parents and teachers, I was able to accomplish this goal. Memorizing the Holy Qur’an required immense dedication, and I feel truly blessed to have achieved this milestone,” she said. Her father, Mushtaq Ahmed Rather, could not contain his joy and pride. “Watching my daughter accomplish something so profound is the proudest moment of my life. Her dedication, faith, and hard work have been truly inspiring. I pray that Allah blesses her with more knowledge, wisdom, and success in the future,” he stated.
Nuzhat’s remarkable achievement has resonated deeply within the local community, where she is being celebrated as an inspiration for young learners. Religious scholars, educators, and residents have extended their heartfelt congratulations, acknowledging her as a role model for aspiring students of religious and academic disciplines. Many believe that her dedication serves as a powerful message about the importance of perseverance and faith in achieving one’s goals. “Nuzhat’s journey teaches us that with sincerity and determination, nothing is impossible. She has made us all proud, and we pray for her continued success,” said a local religious scholar. Her accomplishment has also reignited discussions on the importance of Islamic education and the need for structured support for students who wish to embark on similar journeys. Religious institutions and scholars have lauded her success, encouraging more students to take inspiration from her example. As she moves forward, Nuzhat aims to continue her studies and deepen her understanding of the Holy Qur’an. She hopes to contribute to the spiritual and academic growth of her community, potentially inspiring more young minds to follow in her footsteps. Her journey is not just a personal triumph but a testament to determination, devotion, and the power of faith. It stands as a beacon of motivation for aspiring learners across the Kashmir Valley, reminding them that with dedication and sincere effort, any goal—no matter how monumental—can be achieved.
