Srinagar : The Kashmir Bakers and Confectioners Association (KBCA) held its annual executive body meeting in Srinagar. The event was attended by a wide array of distinguished guests, including executive members, district presidents, and other key participants, all of whom came together to reflect on the organization’s progress and future endeavors.
The meeting was chaired by President Shahid Hussain Mir, who expressed his gratitude for the continued support of the association’s members and the community. He emphasized the importance of unity within the bakery and confectionery industry, stating that collaboration and collective effort will drive growth and prosperity for all members involved.
In his remarks, President Shahid Hussain Mir said: “This has been a year of achievement and change for the Kashmir Bakers and Confectioners Association. Our new executive body has worked tirelessly to strengthen the foundation of this association. We are committed to promoting the interests of our members, fostering innovation in the industry, and ensuring a brighter future for all those in the bakery and confectionery business”. He further highlighted the association’s commitment to addressing the challenges faced by its members and ensuring sustainable growth for the industry in the region.
The association continues to focus on elevating the standard of the bakery and confectionery sector in Kashmir, supporting members with resources and advocating for their rights and welfare. The event also served as a platform for the announcement of new initiatives aimed at enhancing the industry’s infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting Kashmiri bakery products on national and international scales. The meeting concluded with the association members expressing their collective vision for the future and reinforcing the importance of working together for the betterment of the entire industry. The Kashmir Bakers and Confectioners Association (KBCA) works towards fostering industry growth, providing support to its members, and ensuring that the region’s rich culinary heritage continues to thrive.
