Thus, beyond individual preferences, it is a civic duty and a pillar of democracy that advances the general benefit of society. As Jammu and Kashmir prepares for its crucial assembly elections after a long time gap, the call for every eligible voter to step up and participate has never been more important. These elections today are not just about choosing representatives but are more about shaping the future of the region. In a democracy, the future is shaped by our collective choices and your vote is more than just a mark on a ballot in this regard.
