Srinagar : Police on Friday organised a training program on implementation of New Criminal Laws at Conference Hall PC Sopore.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar, Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla Pawan Kumar, Addl. District/ Sessions Judge Sopore Sunil Sangra and Prosecution Officer Sopore Sadaf Amin delivered the lectures and reiterated the importance of having a wholesome knowledge of the new criminal laws and motivated the officers to be ready for its implementation. The program was structured in such a way that the essence of the new law is imparted on the IOs and they get a practical understanding.
On the occasion, SP Sopore Divya D, SP operation Sopore Mohammad Usman, SDPO Sopore Sarfaraz Bashir and DySP DAR and IC SDPO Rafiabad Dr. Hilal Ahmad Hilal, DySP SIU Sopore Shafeeq Ahmad, SHOs/DOs and other officers of Team Sopore Police were also present
