Ganderbal : Pilgrims undertaking the Amarnath Yatra this year are experiencing exceptional hospitality, thanks to the Mata Kheerbawani Seva Trust from Lucknow. The Trust is providing round-the-clock food, shelter, and medical aid at their langar, located at the Kheerbawani Temple in Tulmulla.
The facilities offered by the langar include not only delicious meals and continuous medical assistance but also established washrooms and comprehensive boarding and lodging amenities. This holistic approach ensures that pilgrims can focus on their spiritual journey without worrying about basic necessities. A devotee from Madhya Pradesh shared, “We are a group of many people, and we are very happy with the services provided to us by the langar situated at Kheerbawani Temple Tulmulla. The langar seva here is excellent, and the food tastes really good. The arrangements are made keeping in mind the interest of every pilgrim. Langar services in various places make us feel at home.” With the increase in the number of pilgrims expected this year, the services provided by the Mata Kheerbawani Seva Trust are more crucial than ever. JP Mishra, the General Secretary of the Trust, stated, “We have installed this langar for the last 35 years at Tulmulla, and we welcome all pilgrims to our langar for food and shelter without any cost.” As the Amarnath Yatra continues, the efforts of the Mata Kheerbawani Seva Trust stand as a testament to the spirit of selfless service and devotion, ensuring that pilgrims feel at home, even far from it.
