DC Kishtwar finalises preparedness for upcoming JKSSB Examination

Kishtwar: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr. DevanshYadav chaired a meeting on Friday to finalise the preparedness for the upcoming JKSSB examination for the post of Supervisor in the Social Welfare Department, scheduled to be held on 23 June 2024.
The meeting was attended by SSP Kishtwar Abdul Qayoom JKPS, ADC KishtwarPawanKotwal, ACR KishtwarIdrees Ahmed Lone, SDM MarwahMohd. Ashraf, SDM PaddarAmit Kumar, District Coordinator JKSSB AbhayIndu Sharma (Under Secretary JKSSB), TehsildarKishtwarNirbhay Sharma, STO KishtwarManeet Sharma, and other concerned officers.
The meeting focused on various crucial aspects to ensure a seamless and fair examination process.
District Coordinator JKSSB, AbhayIndu Sharma (Under Secretary JKSSB), briefed the participating invigilators, center superintendents (CS), exam coordinators (EC), and observers on all aspects of the OMR-based written exam. They were educated about their roles and responsibilities to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination, scheduled for June 23, 2024, at seven designated centers across the district.
Superintendents and Deputy Superintendents have been appointed, and observers and magistrates have also been designated.
The examination will take place at eight examination centers, with 2783 candidates appearing for the exam. During the meeting, the Observers, Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and Magistrates were briefed in detail on their critical responsibilities to ensure the smooth execution of the JKSSB examination.
DC emphasized the significance of their roles in maintaining the integrity of the process and exhorted the need for vigilant supervision and adherence to JKSSB guidelines.
To maintain the integrity of the examination and provide a conducive environment for the candidates, several measures have been put in place, informed DC.
