DSEK tours extensively far-flung areas of Pulwama, Shopian

Dir takes stock of the preparations for opening of schools after winter break , upcoming examinations

Pulwama : In order to take firsthand appraisal of the preparations for opening of schools and the upcoming examinations, the Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK), Dr Tassaduq Hussain Mir Wednesday conducted extensive tour of several far-flung areas of Pulwama and Shopian Districts.
During the tour, DSEK interacted with teachers of many institutions and instructed them to work for the betterment of their respective institutions. He also advised the field staff to review all the preparations for upcoming examinations and ensure all the requisite arrangements are in place.
“The schools are reopening after winter break and staff need to give the opening of the schools a festive celebration” he said.
The Director visited many institutions during the tour including SP HSS Srinagar, HS Khadermoh Pulwama, M S Kakapora, HSS Kakapora, HSS Pinglina, HSS Hawal and HSS Narpora Shopian, and interacted with the staff while taking stock of preparations for opening of schools and upcoming examinations.
He expressed his satisfaction over the dedication of the staff of these schools and advised them to identify hot spots within their institutions and address them including cleanliness, retrofitting etc.
