New Delhi : Union Home Minister Amit Shah, on Sunday, while attacking the INDIA alliance, especially the Congress, for its politics of appeasement, dynasties, corruption, and casteism, said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has established the politics of performance.
Speaking at the BJP National Council Meeting at Bharat Mandapam here, Shah said, The INDI Alliance and the Congress Party have destroyed the country's democratic spirit. They have coloured the country’s democracy with corruption, appeasement, dynasties, and casteism. Such parties practicing dynastic politics made such arrangements that the opinions of the people never emerged in the country. But in the last 10 years, Prime Minister Modi has eliminated corruption, appeasement, dynasties, and casteism and brought development to the forefront.
Praising the PM for not compromising on national security, the Home Minister said, In the realm of foreign policy, there was a misconception that if you want to make friends with the world, then you must compromise national security. Many leaders struggled with deciding which priority to uphold.Without any hesitation, Modi Ji decided that nothing is above the security of India. And, after making national security our priority, he strived to make India a ‘Vishwamitra’ and
instill in everyone the feeling of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’, making everyone feel that the world is one big family, Shah said. Stating that the objective of PM Modi was to make India self-reliant, Shah said that the aim of the INDI Alliance was to promote their family members. Sonia Gandhi’s aim is to make Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister, Pawar Saheb’s aim is to make his daughter the Chief Minister, Mamata Didi’s aim is to make her nephew the Chief Minister; Stalin’s aim is to make his son the Chief Minister, Lalu Yadav’s aim is to make his son the Chief Minister, Uddhav Thackeray’s aim is to make his son the Chief Minister and Mulayam Singh Yadav ensured that his son becomes the Chief Minister. Those who aim to grab power for their families, will they ever think about the welfare of the poor? Shah said. He also said that in the INDI Alliance, there are parties who cannot see beyond family, and it is an alliance of 2G, 3G, and 4G, stressing that he was not talking about a 2G scam but about the second and third generations. There were parties being ruled by generations after generations. He said in 10 years, there has been a paradigm shift in the landscape of India. Congress and the INDI Alliance tried to use Dalits, Adivasis, and the backward classes as their vote
bank, but for the first time, these communities were given their due by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi government. Amit Shah said that for the last 10 years, the country has been moving forward with the dream of a developed India. But the arrogant INDI Alliance has been opposing everything, as they don’t see any possibility of gaining power. He said that they opposed the removal of Article 370, Triple Talaq, the OBC Commission, and even created a lot of disruption in the Nari Shakti Vandan Act.
Claiming that the BJP has been a victim of political violence, Shah said that in Kerala, more than hundreds of its workers have been killed and more than 300 left disabled. And the India alliance is ruling the state. He also added that in Bengal, hundreds of party workers were killed in election violence. Moreover, there were also incidents of rigging and fraud during the elections. Urging the party workers to work hard for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, Amit Shah said that they should take the work done by the Modi government for the welfare of the
people to every corner of the country. He said that the country has decided that Modi will again become the Prime Minister of the country, and there should be no doubt about it.
