Srinagar: Two youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district in the last 24 hours, officials said here on Monday.
An official said that Sunday evening a youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in an orchard at his native village in Guddar.
He said similarly Monday evening a 19-year-old youth allegedly hanged himself in his home in Nanibug village.
“He was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival,” he said.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of both incidents and started further investigation
