There is no doubt that Kuchmullah has remained the seat of credible knowledgeable and talented students but qualifying any big exam has been trotted slowly that doesn’t prompt or encourage the young minds to thrive more and more in the field of education and professional career. “This doesnt enable the students to get inspiration, to think out-of-the-box or to crack any competitive exam”. My village “Kuchmullah” though lack basic facilities and hence do not meet 21st-century challenges regarding innovation and new knowledge. In fact, the response to these challenges so far smacks of poor awareness about qualifying any big exam that comprises integration and interdependence at village level as well as at educational level. Institutes have encouraged the students by giving scholarships and upholding ethical standards, laid the building block on which rests the foundation of a strong education system including professional career with the capacity enable the students to meet the challenges of knowledge production and qualifying competitive exams. First NEET qualifier, Sheikh Faheem Bashir, Kuchmullah Tral, has carried the inspiration from few of competitive exam qualifiers other than NEET and we’ll qualified teachers has reflected the thirst for knowledge and cracking NEET exam has resulted the formation of well-thought-out, rational and diverse plan to crack the exam. The NEET qualifier belongs to medium family focused on goal and explored all his capability with each passing day, he improved a lot within couple of years and never seen on the roads like most of the students are involved in different malpractices and juvenile delinquencies. In our last meet, he was dumb sure and said,” I am going to crack this year’s NEET exam” as he has refocused all his energy on learning skills and coherent thinking with maturity and confidence. With such measures at the school level as at the tuition level he developed all his critical thinking skills which would overcome his irrational or superstitious attitudes that seem to prevail at the moment. He has done his schooling from Roop Reshi Islamia High school, he became socialized and collectively put all his efforts in systematic order. He treated his first school as a first learning seat where he was awakened to his inner nobility and true nature. After successfully completed his 10th,he came out from the shackles of learning in limited ways and agreed that deeper level of study opens up the instinct in a wider capacity to reach greater heights.
Cracking NEET was a special dream for him and he has worked over his dream by changing day into night and night into day and the day has come when he was amongst the NEET qualifiers of the valley. The students who have a desire of cracking any competitive exam must focus on some of the features, mentioned by Malcolm Gladwell in his book” outliers”.
Focus on efforts: To become successful, many things outside of your control must come into alignment. Focus on what you can control, effort and improvement.
Achievement=Talent and practice: Natural talent gives you a head start but does not guarantee success. Consistently practice a craft you love.
You’ll gain more talent than any natural starts with.
Marry your passion:Work for hours is lead to focus on your passion more and more.
Have a winning attitude: IQ and natural talent are important, but only to a point. You reach your full potential by layering talent with a winning attitude.
The 3 keys to fulfilling your goals:
1.You’re passionate about it.
2. You find it challenging.
3. There’s a connection between your efforts and a reward.
“Rest it depends on how long you put your efforts to accomplish in achieving the procedure for achieving grand success”
