Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav: Tiranga Rally held by SANJY- ICCC, 44 Bn. CRPF at HMT

Amid dry, hot and humid weather, hundreds of people including men, women and children mostly bare foot visited the revered suffi Saint Shrine Sheikh Noor-Ud-Wali popularly known as Nund Resh at Charar-e- Sharief in Budgam district on Sunday for prayers to seek rainfall to end the drought season in Kashmir valley. Srinagar: As part of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, a Tiranga rally was carried out on Thursday by ICCC-SANJY in collaboration with 44 Bn. CRPF at Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC), HMT Srinagar.
The rally was led by Commandant, 44 Bn. CRPF, Incharge-ICCC and SDM-Srinagar West and around 300 personnel of 44 Bn. CRPF and 100 officers/officials deployed with ICCC- SANJY 2022 and Lt. Governors Grievance Cell participated in the said Tiranga rally with great fervor.
The said Tiranga rally was held within the premises of HMT CRPF camp. The idea behind the initiative is to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag as the nation is celebrating 75th Independence Day.
