NEP 2020 has been under discussion for the last two years since its adoption. The various provisions of the policy have been implemented from the current academic session starting in August 2022. The teacher plays an important role. While the student has an important place in the education system. Other players (parents-employees governance-alumni-civil society) offer their valuable support to run the system effectively. Efforts have been made to implement NEP 2020 since its adoption (July 29, 2020). In this regard, teachers are working on various strategies for its successful delivery. However, it is expected that the effects of this policy will be felt on campus over time. College faculty can redouble their efforts to spread knowledge about any aspect/clause of NEP 2020 of their interest. It may be recalled that HED had recently started a lecture series on the accreditation process by inviting a select group of college principals from Jammu and Kashmir. He considered various important aspects to enable the process of accreditation in institutions. The effect of this exercise is visible as more colleges are now achieving higher rankings. Based on these similarities, a select group of college principals/faculty may prepare lectures or attempt to shed light on the implementation of this policy. In this way, people with multiple internal resources will be available in colleges to stimulate the flow of new ideas for their peers.

NEP 2020 focuses on curriculum management rather than curriculum distribution. So far, the institutions have been focusing more on the curriculum and evaluating development transactions, while the curriculum now has to take care of on-campus and off-campus activities and student participation in an integrated manner. When it comes to managing an all-inclusive curriculum, it is the single greatest source of social and individual development that leads to the attainment of justice and equality in society. Rightly so, equity is one of the five pillars of NEP 2020.
Therefore, every institution under NEP 2020 must start the process of preparing the textbook available to the students on the first day of the first semester. This constitution will include the full curriculum. Curriculum and co-curricular activities with equal weight. It enables teachers to redesign teaching strategies and diagnostic procedures based on a 360-degree assessment (discussed in detail in our first column). NEP 2020 avoids love for routine. Accordingly, the flipped (upside down) classroom requires that the curriculum be shared with the learner in advance. It encourages them to study the course material from different academic sources so that they can raise new/unknown questions. Under the new arrangement, the teacher simplifies and performs his role as a mentor to find answers to such questions. This policy empowers students to make demands and enables them to discuss disagreements, disagreements, debates and knowledge concepts that lead to the advancement of knowledge. “It is the knowledge that liberates.” As such, the campus should resonate inside and outside the classroom during the day when students are busy interacting and interacting with each other and with teachers. It will motivate students to study on their own and be willing to ask their teachers for explanations of a particular concept. It will also encourage students to learn collaboratively (interaction between fast learners and slow learners) with each other. It will also help in teaching the team as a group of teachers is dealing with a particular trend in different aspects of it. Therefore, traditional teaching methods and study note that have been developed at the same time / PowerPoint presentations that have been developed over the years need to be replaced with new learning tools that help students “move from mindfulness to mindfulness.” Enable migration.
In changing times, in the above discussion, focus on the appropriate teaching plan offered by the institution and teachers. Analysis of program/course materials concerning learning objectives and learning outcomes based on graduate attributes is to be formulated under the curriculum. In this regard, a well-prepared textbook is to be compiled by each institution. This will provide input for the instruction manual. The priority of a teacher is to develop quality citizens for effective participation in the well-being of society. This is possible only when healthy habits are developed in the learners. Once the standard citizens are ready, they will be able to work very effectively in any area of life. It is rightly said that the future of the country is shaped in the classroom. The teacher has an important role to play. He is an academic leader working at the macro level as well as at the institution. Teachers need to be creative and innovative by profession. They should always try to think outside the box to strengthen the reading-learning-analysis process. In addition, research and extension activities. Because of this, he is called an ambassador of innovation. They should share their ideas and innovations with their peers and students. Staff rooms should be full of race and ideas, as has been experienced in the past. It helps an organization achieve its vision and mission. An organization’s goal should be to move forward with a shared vision from top to bottom. Stakeholders should give priority to insiders, who should be aware of this shared vision. The shared vision is developed by involving all stakeholders. Colleges are being upgraded with the introduction of a four-year degree program focusing on research. The purpose of the present article is to upgrade and enhance the capabilities (physical, digital-intellectual) in colleges. The proportion of teachers taught will also be reviewed to do justice to the policy and achieve the desired results of research. Dissemination of knowledge and engagement in research activities require different standards for the proportion of teachers taught according to these activities. NEP 2020 envisages a transition from an affiliate to an independent college. There are currently three independent colleges in Jammu and Kashmir. This article predicts that by 2030, each district will have at least two independent colleges and two more cluster universities, one in Chenab Valley (Baghi Farid) and one in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir. Formation of an open consortium. They can’t afford to work in Salo. They should have MOUs covering various events/activities of mutual interest and benefitting from each other’s experiences. The result of any system is better than change, not a coincidence. The same is true of the education system. Every teacher in the organization is a leader because he plays a different role. This divisive leadership is encouraged in a dynamic educational ecosystem. Undoubtedly, the head of the institution is the educational leader of the organization. It is not possible to learn content ownership in root/memory. Implementing, analyzing and synthesizing content requires critical and creative thinking. The teacher must be ready with the power of knowledge at his command and abandon the traditional method of teaching. The role of the teacher is to make students aware of the changes taking place in the educational ecosystem. In the context of the implementation of NEP 2020, the student needs to be aware of the perceived changes in the policy. The UGC-HRD centres have played a role in influencing the change in the mindset of teachers for the effective implementation of NEP 2020. Most importantly, teachers need to be patient, enthusiastic, motivated and active to implement NEP 2020 and enjoy it. Educational fair. The role of teachers is key to the success of the policy.
